Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, coachable, high-energy Business Development Representative to help us generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, appointment setting, prospect research, follow-up, and early-stage relationship building.
Your first major project will be to learn our products, understand the problems we solve, and execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to schedule qualified meetings with business owners, executives, Microsoft partners, and decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career but serious about growth. You do not need to be a Microsoft expert on day one. You do need to bring energy, discipline, curiosity, professionalism, and a real desire to learn technology and sales.
What You Will Do
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Learn our Microsoft AI automation, Business Central, Dynamics 365, and workflow automation offerings.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted prospects and partner organizations.
- Introduce our company, explain the value of our solutions, and identify potential business needs.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and product demonstrations for senior executives and solution leaders.
- Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers before outreach.
- Track all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointment activity in our CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Help build and refine scripts, outreach sequences, and prospecting campaigns.
- Work closely with leadership to understand which markets, industries, and customer problems create the best opportunities.
- Participate in training on Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365, AI automation, and business process improvement.
- Develop the communication skills required to speak confidently with executives and business decision-makers.

During your first 90 days, your focus will be:

Days 31–60:
Begin high-volume outbound calling, schedule qualified appointments, refine messaging, and build confidence speaking with prospects.
Days 61–90:
Increase call volume, improve appointment quality, contribute to pipeline growth, and demonstrate readiness for more advanced sales and technology training.

Compensation will be based on experience and structure. This role may include:
